If you decide Caspa isn’t right for you, we’ll provide a full refund for any unused credits, no questions asked. To request a refund, simply email hello@caspa.ai from your account email address within 30 days of your purchase.

Used Credits

Due to the high costs associated with image generation, credits that have already been used are non-refundable.

That said, if you’re unhappy with your results, we want to help. Email us with details of the issue and example images, and our team will provide free hands-on support and bonus credits to help you get the results you’re looking for.
