Users are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the photos for any purpose related to their business both online and offline.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content that you create and edit using our service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use the content that you upload to our platform.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use our service to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Refunds and Account Termination: We may deny a refund and/or terminate your account if we detect any abusive or illegal activity from your side. This includes creating and requesting refunds for multiple accounts with the intention to exploit caspa AI, using caspa AI excessively or unreasonably in a way that imposes a disproportionate burden or cost on our service or other users, such as running bots or automated scripts that continuously perform generations or reselling the software and/or granting access to more users than permitted by your account plan, or using caspa AI for illegal activity, such as violating intellectual property rights or creating harmful or objectionable content that breaks the law.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
